connect your state

& become a state lead

At We The Students, our goal is to make it to all 50 states stretching across the country. The purpose of this is to show that we, the high school students of the world, won’t be misrepresented and won’t sit in compliance when faced with fascist policies and administrations. We are currently expanding and need members to join our team as state leads. Check what states already have State Leads here, and if there's yet to be a WTS branch in your state, you can apply to become a State Lead.

connect your City

& become a city lead

If your state already has a State Lead, you can become a City Lead, meaning manage schools and smaller towns within your area, organize city-wide events, and oversee a local branch of WTS. Find out what states are looking for more city branches and City leads.

connect your school

& become a school captain

You could also create a We the Students club at your school, or lead your school community in WTS events. These consist of regularly scheduled meetings that partake in civic education and keep the club members informed of what’s going on in the country and what steps we can take. Find your city or state lead and apply to create a WTS at your school.
